The minute we walked in the door, We were greeted with a smile from your receptionist, and passed on to Ian after receiving a flyer re systems you had. I asked re a few things and Ian was happy to take me out the back to show me the type of Tower I would get, and he was excellent at answering any questions I had, as I had many by that time, after seeing so many systems in my travels. I am a 62 yr old lady, and was never ever treated like I wouldn't know anything, like I found in some shops, where they think you are older, so just sell her anything, she wouldn't know. So when we walked out the door, I said to Ross, that's the one I want, but came home first to read the flyer and do some Googling re parts etc. (I was using Ross's Laptop at this time).

I bought a new home office system from him and he was excellent, especially when there was a minor problem the next day. I emailed and within ten minutes there was a technician at the door.
